Boise tells ideological loonies to pay up!Jun 27th, 2008 | By H. Lukas Green | Category: Uncategorized
The Boise City Attorney’s Office has slapped a couple of rightwing chatterboxes with a notice to pay up for forcing taxpayers to defend the clear separation of church and state.
Twin bobble-heads Bryan Fischer, Idaho Values Alliance executive director; and Brandi Swindell, where told to fork over $10,131 plus, $563.74 in interest for their failed attempt to force the city to keep a religious monument in a local public park.
They tried to force the city to keep the 10 Commandments monument in a public park resulting in both of them getting the due payment bill which also accompanied the threat of a lien on their personal and real property unless they cough up the cash.
But I suppose if they don’t have the cash, they could take two tablets and don’t call anyone in the morning!
